1. Who we are

haoying128.com is operated by Foshan Haoying Technology Co., Ltd., a phone case and tablet protection cover manufacturer registered in Foshan, Guangdong, China.

3. Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run Google Analytics or any third-party tracking script on this site.

We store two small values in your browser's local storage: ht_sid, a random session identifier so that page views from one visit can be counted together, and ht_ft, the channel that first brought you here, kept for 90 days so that an inquiry can be traced to the channel that produced it. Your cookie choice is stored under hy_consent.

Neither is a cookie in the technical sense: nothing is transmitted to us on every request, and no value identifies you by name.

If you are in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, we ask before setting ht_sid and ht_ft, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. Visitors outside those regions are not shown the banner and the values described above are set on arrival.

Your choice stays in your own browser. We do not record it on our server, which is why our internal statistics contain no entry at all for a visitor who has not agreed.

4. Visit data our server records

When a page loads, our own server writes one row to a database on our server in Hong Kong. It is first-party data: it goes nowhere else.

Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland are not written to this database unless they have agreed. The check runs twice: in your browser before anything is sent, and again on our server from the country the request comes from. A visitor whose time zone is hidden by a VPN or a wrong clock setting is therefore still not recorded.

Separately, the web server keeps ordinary technical logs (IP address, time, requested URL, response code) for security and fault diagnosis. They are rotated and deleted after 30 days and are never used for marketing.

5. How IP to country is resolved

We convert your IP address to a country, region and city using a local copy of the DB-IP Lite database on our own server. No external geolocation API is called, so your IP is not sent to a third party for lookup.

6. The AI assistant

The chat window answers product and compatibility questions from our own product database. Questions the assistant cannot answer are stored, as are questions and answers produced with the help of a language model, so that the answers can be reviewed and improved.

When a language model is needed, the text of your question is sent to a model service operated by Alibaba Cloud (Qwen) that processes it in mainland China, and the reply is returned to us and stored in Hong Kong. We send the question text only, not your name, email address or IP address. We do not use your questions to train models.

For visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland this step is skipped: the assistant answers only from our own index and FAQ, and hands the conversation to a person when it cannot, so the question is not transferred outside the EEA.

Please do not type into the chat window anything you would not put in an email to a supplier.

7. What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
• We do not use it for advertising, retargeting or profiling.
• We do not embed third-party advertising or analytics scripts.
• We do not follow you across other websites.

8. How long we keep it

• Visit records: up to 13 months, then deleted.
• Inquiry records: while the business relationship is active and for up to 3 years after the last contact, so that repeat orders and warranty questions can be answered.
• AI chat questions and answers: up to 24 months.
• Local storage: ht_ft for 90 days; hy_consent until you change your choice or clear your browser data.
• Where tax, customs or contract law requires a longer period, the relevant records are kept for that period.

9. Your rights

If you are in the EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland or a jurisdiction with comparable rules, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased;
• restrict or object to processing;
• receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

To exercise any of these, email mayluo@haoying128.com. You may also complain to your national data protection authority; for UK visitors that is the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Visitors in Brazil, Mexico and the United States: visit statistics rely on our legitimate interest in knowing which markets reach the site, and you can stop them at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. Under the LGPD and the LFPDPPP you may also request access, correction, deletion or information about sharing at the address above.

California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA and CPRA.

10. Where your data is stored

Our website and its database run on a server in Hong Kong. If you contact us from the EU or UK, your data is transferred outside the EEA and the UK to Hong Kong. The transfer is necessary to answer your enquiry and to perform a contract with you, and where a formal mechanism is required we rely on the standard contractual clauses.

Visit records, inquiry records and chat records are stored in Hong Kong, not in mainland China. For visitors outside the EEA and the UK there is one exception: to produce an AI reply, the text of the chat question is transmitted to the model service described in section 6, which processes it in mainland China. Only the question text is sent, and the reply is stored in Hong Kong. For visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland that service is not called at all.

11. Security and children

The site runs over HTTPS. Access to the analytics database and to inquiry records is limited to named staff and protected by credentials. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the relevant authority as required.

This site is for business buyers. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date at the top. Material changes are announced on the site for 30 days.
